Colour kits are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmed payment if in stock. Couriered to your door in ALIO branded packaging.
Out of Stock
If your kit is temporarily out of stock, we are in all likelihood already attending to the restock. Email info@alio.co.za to confirm your expected dispatch date.
Swop Out
Returns are available if you need to swap for a different kit. Before your swap, one of our team members will guide you via WhatsApp to make sure your next selection is the right one — we want your shade match to be correct before we send anything.
